As an artist and educator, George Boorujy has been exploring our relationship to the environment in the context of the climate crisis for over two decades. He has exhibited widely nationally and internationally and his work is in various public and private collections including the New York Historical Society and the National Museum of Wildlife Art. He has had solo shows at venues including the Baker Museum in Naples, Florida, P.P.O.W. gallery, the Newhouse Center for Contemporary Art, and the Central Park Armory. He is a member of the Fine Arts faculty at the School of Visual Arts and is one of the founding members of Artists Commit, a coalition of artists committed to bringing best environmental practices into the art world. He has created projects for organizations such as the New York City Parks Department, La Brea Tar Pits, Wildlife Conservation Society, and the National Audubon Society. He has been a NYFA fellow in painting and a member of the Smack Mellon residency program. He lives and works in Brooklyn.

Tuition and Financial Aid
The full tuition total is $6,500, which includes:

| Semester 1 Tuition: | $2,000 |
| Semester 2 Tuition: | $2,000 |
| Semester 3 Tuition: | $2,000 |
The cost per contact hour is $88–92.
Please note: Upon acceptance, a $500 deposit is due on Friday August 15th, 2026 in order to secure your spot in the cohort. The deposit will be applied toward your tuition.
You may choose to pay the full tuition at the start of the 1st semester or enroll in a payment plan.
